Acceptable stay
great location metro access friendly staff comfortable beds worn condition general repair exterior noise poor isolation
The hotel had a great location near the metro. It made getting around easy. The staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable too.
The room needed some maintenance. Some things looked worn. I could hear noise from outside. The windows did not block sound well.

good location comfortable beds big rooms poor soundproofing loud noise late noise
the hotel have a good location near attractions. a metro station is about 500 meters away. rooms are big. the beds were comfortable.
i didn't like the hotel soundproofing. our room faced a playground, and the noise was loud. the terrace had clients shouting until late at night. i think the windows should be better soundproofed.

adequate stay overall
great location helpful staff clean room poor soundproofing noisy terrace late hours
the hotel location was great. i had easy access to nearby bus stops and cafes. the staff spoke english and were helpful. the rooms were clean.
the soundproofing towards the outside was not ideal. my room faced a playground and the hotel's cafeteria terrace. even with everything closed, i heard quite a bit of noise, including people shouting and singing on the terrace until almost midnight (i wish the noise had stopped earlier). i don't understand why they don't shorten the hours or better soundproof the windows, considering it is their own terrace.
